Service and support after commissioning is a factor for system availability that should not be underestimated. In order not to lose valuable time in case of support, we use reliable and modern means of communication, which enable us to provide fast and efficient remote maintenance.
Depending on your requirements, we offer different support levels up to XXL level, 7 days a week 24 hours a day. To keep you efficient in your production, our regular updates do not require any downtime (max 15-20 min for updates) and of course we support you in case of software and hardware problems.
To ensure that your application is always available, we monitor the behavior of the IT system at regular intervals - proactive monitoring ensures the smooth operation of your JIS installation.
